Add a sender and postal address

Set the name and address people see in the From line, and the postal address every email must carry.

Once your domain is verified, add a sender profile (the identity your recipients see) and your postal address, which anti-spam laws require in every email.

Add a sender profile

In Sending health → senders, add:

  • From name, what shows in the inbox (e.g. your name or business name).
  • From email, an address on your verified domain (e.g. [email protected]).
  • Reply-to (optional), where replies go, if different from the From address.
  • Sending domain, choose your verified domain.

You can add more than one sender profile if you send under different identities. If you only have one, it’s selected for you automatically when you write.

Add your postal address

In Sending health → postal address, add a real mailing address. This appears in the footer of every email you send. It isn’t optional. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, and CASL all require a valid physical address for commercial email, and its absence is a reliable way to get filtered as spam.

Why this matters

Recipients (and spam filters) trust mail that clearly says who sent it and how to reach them. A recognisable From name, a verified domain, and a real address are three of the strongest trust signals you can send.
