Your audience
Permission, unsubscribes, and suppression
How DearReach protects your reputation by enforcing permission and honouring opt-outs automatically.
Deliverability is built on trust, and trust is built on permission. DearReach enforces this for you, so a single mistake can’t quietly damage your sender reputation.
Permission
Only email people who gave you a lawful basis to contact them. For example: they signed up, bought from you, or explicitly opted in. Purchased and scraped lists are prohibited and will hurt your inbox placement.
One-click unsubscribe
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and header, as required by modern inbox providers. When someone unsubscribes, they’re removed instantly and everywhere, so you can’t accidentally email them again.
Suppression
When someone unsubscribes or marks a message as spam, their address is added to your suppression list as a one-way hash. During every send, DearReach checks this list twice: once when it builds the audience, and again right before each message goes out. Suppressed people are never contacted.
Suppression hashes are kept even if you delete a subscriber or your account, purely to prevent unlawful re-contact. They can’t be reversed back into an email address.
Reputation protection
If bounces or spam complaints spike during a send, DearReach’s reputation breaker pauses sending to protect your domain before real damage is done. You’ll be told why, and can review before continuing.
Keeping your list permission-based and letting suppression do its job is the single best thing you can do for long-term deliverability.
